• We conduct assessments and training aimed at enhancing the capacity of teachers to implement GoL decentralization strategies in an effective and efficient manner. Courses include Strategic Programming, Project-Cycle Management, and Financial Management.  

• We supervise the construction and rehabilitation of new and existing educational facilities, and provide uniforms, furniture, and instructional materials to boost enrollment – especially in underserved communities.

• We build the capacity of school based management teams in procurement, financial management and administration, as well as provide training for managing both public and communities schools.
