Samuel is an experienced commercial, investment and central banker with over 30 years of regional experience in ECOWAS countries and Liberia. He is also an economist and has extensive experience in the development and incubation of several local SME clients in the agricultural, service and trading sectors. He has done extensive policy-level research in the oil palm, rubber, and livestock/poultry value chains, plus the land sector reform process. He also headed AEDE’s drafting of a policy framework for the development, support and sustainability of local SMEs and is very conversant with the issues and opportunities in various value chains affecting them.

Esther is an ambitious professional with proven expertise that span the spectrum of Finance & Microfinance administration and management, as well as a track record in procurement & concessions regulation, supervision, and monitoring. Esther also possesses a depth of knowledge and experience in designing and implementing accounting and inventory management systems. She is known for effectively managing initiatives with confidence and understanding.

Mulbah is an agriculture educator and enthusiastic resourceful development agent who believes in teamwork to achieve results. Mulbah feels strongly about developing local capacity for achieving sustainable food and nutrition security and supporting demand driven TVET programs for Liberia’s workforce development to stimulate economic growth. Mulbah has over eight years of consultancy experience with local and international organizations including Agriculture Sector Specialist for the MFDP/African Development Bank project, Mid Term Review of IFAD funded Country Strategic Opportunities Programmes (COSOP) and partnership with AEDE on agribusiness development for the World Bank-funded STAR-P and Stakeholder based Food Security Consultation for USAID Liberia. Mulbah managed Liberia’s largest technical and vocational education and training (TVET) institution for more than 13 years.
