We conduct feasibility studies, market opportunity assessments, and develop market-driven proposals.
We conduct capacity building training for institutions, community-based enterprises, cooperatives and other stakeholders engaged in waste management and water management at the community level;
We administer baseline surveys and customer satisfaction surveys to determine the overall quality of service; determine if processes follow established procedures; determine the length of the processes; and compute costs.
We provide business development skills and village saving & loan training to non-lettered constituents, especially women and girls.
We support training needs assessment of female business operators in the fishery supply chain – with particular reference to small business management; capacity to develop training modules, associated handbook and training tools on the subject of small business management and to deliver course content.
